Custom Order Guidelines

At VYFE, we are honored to help bring your creative ideas to life. To ensure a smooth and positive custom order experience, please review the guidelines below.


Our Product Types

We offer three ways to personalize your VYFE experience:

1. Pre-Designed Products

Ready-to-order items featuring original VYFE artwork. These ship quickly with no customization required.

2. Customizable Upload Products

Upload your own design directly on select product pages. Your design is reviewed for approval after checkout.

3. Fully Custom Orders

Collaborate with us to create unique sublimation, crochet, embroidery, or digital-art pieces tailored specifically for you.


Our Design Review Process

As a family-owned business operated by Jehovah’s Witnesses, all customer-submitted designs are reviewed to ensure they align with our values and standards.

Upload Products Review

  • Upload your design and complete your purchase.
  • We review your submission within 24 hours (1 business day).
  • If approved → Production begins.
  • If declined → We contact you with options or issue a full refund.

Fully Custom Orders Review

  • Email files/ideas to Contact@vyfestudio.com
  • Review time: 1–2 business days
  • If approved → You receive a digital proof + pricing.
  • Production begins after your approval and payment.

What We Welcome

Content We Cannot Accept

The following content will be declined to protect our studio’s values:

  • Violence or Graphic Content (weapons, gore, disturbing imagery)
  • Occult or Dark Spiritual Themes (witchcraft, tarot, astrology, supernatural symbols)
  • Sexual or Suggestive Content (nudity, explicit artwork)
  • Profanity or Offensive Language
  • Substance-Related Content (drugs, alcohol, vaping, tobacco)
  • Hate Speech or Discrimination
  • Political Messaging (figures, campaigns, slogans)
  • Holiday Themes (Christmas, Halloween, Easter, birthdays)
  • Faith-Conflicting Content (themes not aligned with Bible principles)

If Your Design Is Declined

We will contact you within 24 hours to offer alternatives or issue a full refund. No production begins until approval is confirmed.


Third-Party Product Links & External Providers:

While we make our best effort to curate, filter, and display only products that align with our content standards and faith-based values, some products on our store may be fulfilled by or link to external providers and marketplaces. We cannot guarantee that these external providers will not display, suggest, or link to other products that may not meet our standards. By using our store, you acknowledge that:

  • We exercise reasonable care in selecting products and partners.
  • External links and third-party platforms are beyond our direct control.
  • We are not responsible for content on external websites or platforms.
  • We will promptly remove any product or link that is brought to our attention as conflicting with our values.

How Upload Products Work

Step 1 — Choose Your Product

Select from our customizable collection.

Step 2 — Upload & Purchase

Upload your image, preview it, and complete checkout.

Step 3 — Design Review

We review your upload within 24 hours to ensure it meets our standards.

Step 4 — Production & Shipping

Once approved, production begins (usually 3–7 business days).


How Fully Custom Orders Work

Step 1 — Submit Your Design

Include details like product type, size, colors, and any special notes.

Step 2 — Review

We review the request within 1–2 business days.

Step 3 — Approval & Proof

If approved, you receive a proof for review before production.

Step 4 — Production Begins

Production starts after approval and payment.


File Requirements

  • Resolution: 300 DPI or higher
  • Formats: PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG
  • Color Mode: RGB (we will convert for sublimation)
  • Size: Actual print size or larger for best results

Need assistance? We also offer custom design services.


Intellectual Property Requirements

You must own the rights or have permission to use any artwork you submit.

We cannot print:

  • Copyrighted characters or artwork
  • Trademarked brands or logos
  • Sports teams, colleges, or commercial brands
  • Celebrity images
  • Images downloaded online without permissions

By submitting a design, you confirm you own full rights to use it.
