At VYFE, our goal is to deliver your products safely, reliably, and as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, shipping methods, delivery expectations, and guidelines for both physical and digital products.
Digital Products — Instant Delivery
Digital items require no shipping.
How Instant Delivery Works
- Complete your purchase
- Receive your download link immediately via email
- Save your files to your device
Download links typically remain active for 30 days. If you do not receive your link, check your spam/junk folder or email Contact@vyfestudio.com and we’ll resend it.
Physical Products — Processing Times
Processing begins after payment confirmation and, if applicable, design approval.
Custom Products (POD Sublimation, Crochet, Embroidery)
- Standard Processing: 3–7 business days
- Complex Custom Orders: 7–14 business days
- Wholesale Orders: 10–21 business days (depending on order size)
Custom items require production time before shipping.
Marketplace Products (Blanks, Gadgets, Accessories)
- In‑Stock Items: 1–3 business days
- Pre‑Order Items: As specified on the product page
Shipping Methods & Time frames
Delivery windows begin after processing is complete. Time frames are estimates and not guaranteed.
Domestic (United States)
- Standard: 5–7 business days
- Expedited: 2–3 business days
- Express: 1–2 business days
International
- Standard International: 10–21 business days
- Express International: 5–10 business days (select countries)
Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance and destination.
Shipping Costs
Digital Products: No shipping costs — delivered via email.
Physical Products: Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight & dimensions, and selected service.
Free Shipping: We may offer free‑shipping promotions from time to time. Eligibility and terms will appear at checkout.
Order Tracking
Physical Orders
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after shipment.
Digital Orders
No tracking is needed — download links are sent immediately after purchase.
International Orders
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and any local charges. VYFE is not responsible for customs delays.
Digital Products: Available worldwide with instant delivery (no customs fees).
Restricted Countries
We ship physical goods to most countries. Some restrictions may apply due to carrier limitations or international regulations. If we cannot ship to your location, you will be notified at checkout.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Address corrections must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order: Contact@vyfestudio.com.
Digital products require only a valid email address.
Wholesale Shipping
Wholesale orders may qualify for discounted bulk rates, freight options for large orders, and direct‑to‑business delivery. Contact us for a quote.
Shipping Delays
While we work hard to meet estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:
- Carrier delays or service disruptions
- Weather or natural disasters
- Customs processing (international)
- High‑volume periods (holidays, sales)
- Production time for custom items
We’ll notify you of significant delays and assist promptly. (Digital products are not affected.)
Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate your package:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify your shipping address
- Wait 24–48 hours (carriers can mark delivery early)
- Contact us if still not received
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the packaging and items
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and photos
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund. You may not need to return the damaged item.
Digital Product Issues
If a digital file is corrupted, incomplete, or fails to download, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We’ll send a replacement file or issue a refund if the issue is on our end.
Undelivered Packages
If a package is returned as undelivered (incorrect address, refused delivery, or multiple failed attempts), you will be responsible for reshipping costs. Custom items returned as undelivered may not be eligible for refund.
Order Cancellations
- Before Processing: Cancel within 24 hours if production hasn’t begun.
- After Processing Begins: Custom items cannot be cancelled. Marketplace items may be cancelled if not yet shipped.
- Digital Products: Cannot be cancelled once the download link has been sent.
