Is your store open 24/7?
Yes! Our online shop is open 24/7/365.
Customer service is available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST.

Are you a faith-based business?
Yes. Our studio is operated by a Jehovah’s Witness family. Our faith shapes our values, how we create, and how we serve our customers.

Are your spiritual or encouragement items official Jehovah’s Witness products?
No. Our designs are original VYFE creations inspired by encouragement, positivity, and ministry life.
They are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society of Pennsylvania or any related organization.

What digital products do you offer?

Our digital library includes:

How do I receive my digital purchase?
Digital products are delivered instantly via email with a secure download link.
Most links remain active for 30 days.

What file formats are offered?
Files are typically provided in PDF, PNG, or JPG depending on the product. File type is listed on each product page.

Can I get a refund on digital products?
Digital products are non‑refundable.
If you experience a technical issue, contact us within 7 days for a replacement.

What is sublimation printing?
Sublimation is a premium printing method that uses heat to transfer dye into the material, creating vibrant, long‑lasting designs that won’t crack or peel.

Can I upload my own design?
Yes! Select items allow file uploads.
Your design will be reviewed within 24 hours to ensure it meets our content guidelines.

What kind of designs do you accept?

We accept uplifting, faith‑inspired, creative, and personal designs.
We do not accept designs containing:

  • violence
  • profanity
  • political content
  • drugs/alcohol
  • sexual content
  • occult themes
  • holidays or birthdays

What happens if my design is declined?
We’ll contact you within 24 hours to offer modification options or a full refund.

Can I order a fully custom design?
Absolutely! Contact us at contact@vyfestudio.com with your ideas. We’ll review your request and send a proof within 1–2 business days.

What file formats do you accept?
We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, and vector files (SVG).
For best results, use images 300 DPI or higher.

Do you offer design services?
Yes — if you need help creating artwork, we offer custom design services. Contact us for pricing.

What’s the difference between custom and marketplace products?

  • Custom Products: Made‑to‑order; non‑refundable unless defective.
  • Marketplace Products: In‑stock blanks and accessories; returnable within 30 days.
  • Digital Products: Instant downloads; non‑refundable.

Do you have products for Jehovah’s Witnesses?
Yes! Our Faith‑Inspired Collection offers uplifting designs created with our JW community in mind.

How long does processing take?

  • Pre‑designed items: 1–3 business days.
  • Custom uploads: 5–7 business days (after approval).
  • Fully custom designs: 5–7 days simple / 7–14 days complex.
  • Marketplace items: 1–3 business days.
  • Wholesale: 10–21 business days.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be changed within 24 hours if production hasn’t started.
Digital orders cannot be canceled once the link is delivered.

Will I receive tracking?
Yes! All physical items include tracking.
Digital items are delivered instantly via email.
