Refund Policy

At VYFE, we stand behind the quality of every item we create and curate. This Refund Policy explains our procedures for returns, refunds, and replacements across all product types.


Product Categories

Our refund policy varies depending on the type of product:

  • Custom Products: POD sublimation, custom crochet, and embroidery
  • Marketplace Products: Blanks, home gadgets, and accessories
  • Digital Products: Books, recipes, puzzles, printable, and other downloads

Digital Products — No Refunds

All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of downloadable content, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once a purchase is completed and a download link is provided.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Digital books & eBooks
  • Recipe collections
  • Puzzles & activity sheets
  • Printable designs & templates
  • Digital planners & organizers
  • Any instant-download files

Exception: If your file is corrupted, incomplete, or fails to download due to a technical issue on our end, email us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.


Custom Products (POD, Crochet, Embroidery)

Custom items are handcrafted or printed specifically for you and are non‑refundable unless:

We Accept Returns For:

  • Defective items (manufacturing or material defects)
  • Our mistake (wrong item shipped, incorrect print, mismatched order)
  • Damaged in transit (must report within 7 days)

We Cannot Accept Returns For:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Color variations (monitor displays, printing variations)
  • Minor imperfections inherent to handmade or POD products
  • Incorrect size or details provided by the customer
  • Designs approved by the customer that do not meet expectations

Marketplace Products (Blanks, Gadgets, Accessories)

You may return marketplace items within 30 days if:

  • The item is unused
  • It is in original condition
  • Packaging and tags are intact
  • The item has not been customized

Return Shipping: Customer is responsible unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply.


How to Request a Return or Refund

Step 1 — Contact Us

Email Contact@vyfestudio.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if defective or damaged)

Step 2 — Wait for Authorization

Do not ship anything back until we approve the request. We respond within 1–2 business days.

Step 3 — Ship the Item (if approved)

We will provide shipping instructions. Items must be securely packaged.

Step 4 — Refund Processing

Once received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed in 5–7 business days
  • Your bank/card may take 3–10 days to post the refund

Time frames for Reporting Issues

  • Custom Products: 7 days from delivery
  • Marketplace Products: 30 days from delivery
  • Digital Products: 7 days from purchase (technical issues only)

Defective or Damaged Items

If something arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days
  • Include photos and your order number

We will:

  • Replace the item at no cost, or
  • Issue a full refund including original shipping

We may not require you to return defective items.


Wrong Item or Our Error

If you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us immediately with your order number
  • We will ship the correct item at no cost
  • You will receive a prepaid return label, if applicable

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

  • Eligible items: return + reorder
  • Custom items: only if we made an error

Cancelled Orders

  • Before Production: Cancel within 24 hours
  • After Production Begins: Custom items cannot be cancelled
  • Digital Products: Cannot cancel after download link is sent

Refund Method & Timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund posting times depend on your bank (3–10 business days).

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error or the product was defective.


International Returns

International customers must cover return shipping and customs fees. Use a traceable method.


Wholesale Returns

Wholesale return policies differ. Contact us for assistance.

  • Digital products (except technical defects)
  • Custom items (unless defective or our error)
